Delete Your Account

Ante is a bankroll and session tracking app operated by Chance Song, published as Ante (com.chancesong.ante). This page explains how to delete your Ante account and what happens to your data when you do.

Delete your account from inside the app

The fastest way, and the one we recommend, takes about ten seconds:

1. Open Ante and go to the Profile tab.
2. Under Account, tap Delete Account.
3. Confirm by typing the email address on the account. If your account has a password, enter that too.
4. Tap Delete My Account.

The deletion happens immediately. You'll be signed out, and the account cannot be recovered afterwards.

Request deletion by email

If you can no longer sign in — or you've already uninstalled the app — email tncante1008@gmail.com from the address on the account, with the subject Delete my account. We'll confirm the request and delete the account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes, from our servers:

• Your account record and sign-in credentials.
• Your profile, including your username and email address.
• Every gambling session, hand, and bet that has synced to your account.

None of it is retained in backups beyond the rolling 30-day window our database provider (Supabase) keeps for disaster recovery, after which it is overwritten.

What is not deleted

• Sessions stored on your device. Ante is local-first: your sessions live on your phone whether or not you have an account. Deleting your account does not erase the copy on your device. To remove that too, use Profile → Data & Privacy → Erase All Data, or uninstall the app.
• Your Ante+ subscription. Subscriptions are billed and controlled by Apple or Google, not by us — deleting your Ante account does not cancel one. Cancel it from your Google Play or App Store account settings before deleting your account.
• Purchase records held by the stores. Apple, Google, and our subscription provider RevenueCat keep their own transaction records for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes, under their own retention policies. We cannot delete those on your behalf.
